🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of UX or product research experience
- Experience with qualitative methods (usability testing, moderated and unmoderated)
- Ability to synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Experience partnering with product managers, designers, and engineers
- Strong storytelling and communication across audiences
- Collaborative mindset and curiosity about money management
- Experience building research repositories or insight libraries
- Familiarity with UserTesting, Maze, Dovetail, or similar tools
