📋 Description

• Lead tactical UX research studies and strategic work.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers across domains.
• Conduct all stages of UX research: planning, running, analyzing, reporting insights.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to answer research questions.
• Communicate project statuses to stakeholders and socialize actionable insights.
• Contribute to team culture and peer reviews.
