🎯 Requirements

4+ years UX Research in B2B/SaaS/enterprise.
Mastery of generative and evaluative methods; stats and thematic coding.
Proven ability to build or optimize recruitment for user studies.
Strong collaboration with design teams; research informs UI/UX iterations.
Independent and proactive; comfortable setting workflows and best practices.
Strategic storyteller; connect findings to business value.
