- Lead end-to-end research from intake to action recommendations.
- Select appropriate methods (interviews, tests, surveys) based on goals and timelines.
- Set up tools, data access, participant scheduling, sessions, notes and docs.
- Coordinate with Sales, CS, Support, Marketing, Analytics to turn insights into testable questions.
- Monitor product analytics; spot anomalies; form hypotheses; prioritize research.
- Deliver actionable findings with clear recommendations and evidence.
π― Requirements
- Proven experience running research end-to-end with high ownership.
- Strong methodological toolkit and judgment: choose right method and explain trade-offs.
- Experience across both B2C and B2B products and audiences.
- Fluent English β all participants are English-speaking; moderate and present in English.
- Can work with analytics: read dashboards, spot anomalies, form hypotheses, and validate via research (PostHog/Tableau a plus).
- Use recruiting platforms and handle logistics yourself: access, scheduling, confirmations, tool setup, etc.
