🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience running end-to-end UX research with ownership.
- Strong methodological toolkit; justify method choices and trade-offs.
- Experience across both B2C and B2B products and audiences.
- Fluent English; moderate and present in English.
- Experience reading dashboards and forming hypotheses; PostHog/Tableau a plus.
- Lead a research radar and share updates to keep the team informed.
