- Stay close to product analytics: monitor dashboards; form hypotheses; prioritize validation.
- Produce outputs with key findings, decisions, and actionable recommendations.
π― Requirements
- Proven experience running research end-to-end with ownership.
- Strong methodological toolkit and judgment for trade-offs.
- Experience across both B2C and B2B products and audiences.
- Fluent English; participants are English-speaking and you present in English.
- Can work with analytics: read dashboards; PostHog/Tableau a plus.
- Regularly collect cross-functional input to craft research questions.
