π― Requirements
- Proven experience running research end-to-end with ownership.
- Strong methodological toolkit; justify method choices and trade-offs.
- Experience across both B2C and B2B products.
- Fluent English; all participants are English-speaking; present in English.
- Can work with analytics; PostHog/Tableau a plus; read dashboards.
- Regularly collect input from Sales, CS, Support, Marketing and Analytics.
