- Proven experience running end-to-end research with ownership.
- Strong methodological toolkit; choose methods with trade-offs.
- Experience with both B2C and B2B products/audiences.
- Fluent English; moderate and present in English.
- Can work with analytics; read dashboards; PostHog/Tableau a plus.
- Regularly collect input from Sales/CS/Support/Marketing/Analytics to shape research questions.
