🎯 Requirements

- Contributed to and used Design Systems at scale
- Experience designing complex enterprise applications
- Passion for design craft delivering refined deliverables
- Collaborated with Product Managers and Software Developers across lifecycle
- Healthcare or bio-tech experience is a plus
- User research with sensitive populations a plus
