• Translate product requirements into engaging experiences for Web, mobile, and OTT.
• Refine layouts and interaction patterns; evolve our visual language and Design System.
• Influence product direction with a user-centered approach in roadmap discussions.
• Design intuitive flows and prototypes for exec reviews from low to high fidelity.
• Create and update design documentation.
• Plan usability studies and turn findings into design decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Submit a portfolio link with your application.
• 5+ years designing native mobile apps, responsive web, and OTT apps.
• Strong expertise in Figma and other design tools.
• Strong organizational skills and diligence.
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Proactive and motivated by challenges.
• Experience creating/maintaining components and pattern libraries.
• Ability to translate feedback into improved results.
• Excellent written/verbal communication, PM, and people skills.
