Synthesize research into insights, personas, journeys, and recommendations
Advocate for user-centered decision-making and ensure insights influence product strategy
Facilitate design thinking workshops and ideation sessions
Translate complex challenges into user journeys, opportunity maps, and concept models
Communicate problem framing and solution rationale clearly to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

5-7 years of UX research, UX design, or interaction design
Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and UI design
Demonstrated experience conducting user research and translating insights into product decisions
Solid command of interaction design principles, visual hierarchy, responsive design, and usability principles
Experience working in Agile and collaborating with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners
Strong communication and storytelling skills
