  • Establish and own the UX operational roadmap with leadership and teams
  • Define standards, workflows, and rituals across UX, research, and content
  • Lead change management for new PDLC processes and tooling
  • Partner with Product Ops to align UX planning with roadmaps
  • Support maturity of UX practices and cross-functional collaboration
  • Note: role works primarily in Eastern Time hours

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in UX or Product Design, 3+ in Design Operations
  • Strong Agile/Scrum, portfolio management, and capacity planning
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive organizational change
  • Experience designing and scaling operational UX systems and tooling
  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle with design, research, and eng
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills
