π― Requirements
- 6+ years in UX or Product Design, 3+ in Design Operations
- Strong Agile/Scrum, portfolio management, and capacity planning
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive organizational change
- Experience designing and scaling operational UX systems and tooling
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle with design, research, and eng
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills
