🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years UX/Product Design with component-driven web/product design (design system a plus).
- Strong portfolio showing UX and UI craft: reusable patterns and clear hierarchy.
- End-to-end UX process experience (Discover, Define, Develop, Deliver) with constraints.
- Proficiency in Figma (libraries, components, documentation workflows).
- Knowledge of accessibility, usability, and responsive design principles.
- Collaborate with engineers in a component-based delivery model; strong communication.
