Direct oversight of day-to-day operations within the designated UM team
Review prior-authorization requests for medical necessity and appropriateness
Develop orientation and competency training for staff processing/reviewing authorizations
Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to resolve UM issues

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of three (3) years of relevant clinical nursing experience
Strong preference for prior PACE experience
Two years supervisory experience with mentoring and developing staff
Inpatient care experience (preferred)
