Utilization Management LVN

📋 Description

• Chart audits to determine if follow-up services are required
• Oversee clinical inboxes, emails, and fax queues for authorizations
• Identify and correct chart inconsistencies in the UM system
• Review prior authorizations for medical necessity and care plan alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year chart auditing or UM review experience
• Knowledgeable in Medicare and Medicaid UM regulations
• Unencumbered LVN licensure
