🎯 Requirements

  • 5-10 years in BD/partnerships/sales in energy.
  • Experience at a utility, DER/DERM, VPP, or DR firm preferred.
  • Familiarity with wholesale electricity markets, DR programs, RFPs/RFIs.
  • Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles across large orgs.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping utilities' needs.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration to develop proposals and programs.
  • Experience with Google Suite, Salesforce, and Slack preferred.
