  • Provide administrative support to a portfolio of individuals/teams across the business.
  • Manage complex calendars in a fast-paced environment and prioritize commitments.
  • Book travel arrangements (domestic and international).
  • Track and process expense reports.
  • Help plan, support, and complete office events and external gatherings.
  • Work autonomously and with teammates, colleagues, and external contacts.

🎯 Requirements

  • Previous administrative or personal support exp is a plus.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Experience scheduling international and domestic travel itineraries.
  • Familiarity with travel booking and expense reporting software.
