Work with customers to resolve trust, safety, and policy issues.
Partner with Product, Eng, Legal, Ops, and Vendors to scale processes.
Build and scale human-in-the-loop labeling, reporting, and moderation workflows.
Perform risk evaluations by reviewing docs, data, and third-party sources.
Analyze data to identify user trends and inform product/policy decisions.
Serve as incident manager for high-complexity cases across teams.

🎯 Requirements

Comfortable building and scaling policy enforcement and tooling.
5+ years in trust & safety, detection, or compliance ops.
Strong problem-solving and ability to explain complex tech.
Strong project/program management with prioritization.
Proven experience in scaling ops and cross-functional collaboration.
Humility, teamwork, and eagerness to learn to help teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects with speed and ownership.
