User Researcher

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Researchers, Designers, PMs, Data Analysts, and Engineers to define objectives.
• Build research plans using qualitative and/or quantitative methods.
• Work with Research Coordinators on recruitment strategy, logistics, and incentives.
• Conduct discovery interviews, diary studies, surveys, and usability studies.
• Run moderated and unmoderated usability studies on prototypes and finished experiences.
• Present findings to partners to inform product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of User Research and Testing experience.
• Master of basic usability testing; familiar with other research methods.
• Analyze and synthesize research data; report concisely.
• Remote and in-person user research methodologies.
• Develop processes to organize work across multiple teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
