π― Requirements
- 3+ years in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing / Paid Media, in gaming or mobile apps.
- Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/YouTube, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong knowledge of CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversions, and funnel analysis.
- Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable with dashboards and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; align cross-functional teams.
- Organized, self-directed; able to manage multiple campaigns.
