  • Own day-to-day UA strategy across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok).
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to drive installs, registrations, purchases.
  • Build and maintain a testing roadmap across targeting, creatives, and bidding.
  • Monitor campaigns daily; optimize budgets, creatives, audiences, and bids.
  • Collaborate with Creative/Design teams to brief and iterate ad creatives.
  • Collaborate with Product/Analytics to ensure tracking and end-to-end measurement.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing / Paid Media, in gaming or mobile apps.
  • Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/YouTube, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversions, and funnel analysis.
  • Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable with dashboards and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; align cross-functional teams.
  • Organized, self-directed; able to manage multiple campaigns.
