- YouTube campaign experience is a strong advantage
- Experience with additional social platforms is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Proven track record of driving performance at scale
- Strong project management and cross functional collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high ownership environment
- Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week
- Enthusiasm for learning AI and exploring this field
