- 3+ years in user acquisition, preferably gaming/tech startups.
- Proven ability to scale UA via paid search, paid social, and referrals.
- Strong analytics; experience with attribution models and measurement.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, AppsFlyer/Adjust.
- Excellent communication; translate data into actionable recommendations.
