US Risk Officer

📋 Description

• Be the lead representative for risk management in North America
• Be part of the global second-line Enterprise Risk team; manage risks within appetite
• Support enhancing and advocating our global Operational Risk Framework
• Advise first-line teams to strengthen risk management in new projects
• Collaborate with Internal Control and other second-line functions across regions
• Guarantee the implementation of suitable risk strategies and use of policies/tools

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in risk management in a second-line role at financial institutions, tech firms, or large corporates
• Hands-on mindset and ability to tackle challenges
• Strong understanding of ORM components to identify improvement areas
• Knowledge of global and local regulations and regulators
• Experience managing projects and delivering measurable outcomes
• Excellent communication to build consensus and drive risk practices
