- Ability to manage day-to-day operations and propose process improvements.
- Ability to learn new tech platforms quickly and independently.
- Enthusiasm for fast-paced environments and learning by doing.
- Nice to Have: Fluent English; Spanish a plus.
- Experience with older adults or vulnerable populations.
- Understanding of age-related barriers to tech.
- Experience supporting housing instability or homelessness.
- Knowledge of California senior benefits (SSI/SSP, IHSS, Medicare).
