- Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Hands-on Workday Payroll experience; ADP SmartCompliance a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/HR or related; CPP preferred.
