US Payroll Manager

📋 Description

• Own US payroll processing for 1,400 salaried and 100 hourly employees.
• Prepare payroll input files, process and review outputs for accuracy and compliance.
• Act as US payroll subject matter expert, providing guidance to team and stakeholders.
• Lead data reconciliation and audits across systems to maintain data integrity.
• Lead payroll automation and process improvements with HR/IT/Legal/Accounting.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of end-to-end US payroll processing for 1,800+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of UKG Pro & UKG WFM; NetSuite/Workday a plus.
• US payroll SME with knowledge of state, tax and compliance requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interface with executives.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with payroll audits and month/year-end close.
