📋 Description

  • Close deals to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Conduct discovery calls, evaluations and demos to show Agicap's value
  • Define and implement a sales development strategy with your SDRs
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends
  • Regularly monitor and analyze your performance with Management to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide feedback to Marketing, Business Development and Product to improve processes and the product
  • Share your commercial expertise to enhance the team’s performance

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, mid-market, with finance/audit/consulting experience
  • A passion for sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • A tenacious, resilient salesperson who never gives up and is driven by results
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and intellectual curiosity
  • A team spirit and a desire to share knowledge, helping colleagues grow
