  • Own NA field calendar, events, and activation plans.
  • Execute flagship events, VIP experiences, and executive programs.
  • Own vendor relations, budgets, and on-site logistics.
  • Contribute to ABM motion with the Revenue Marketing team.
  • Travel across North America to represent Moloco at events.
  • Tell Moloco's story through market presence and experiences.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in field marketing or B2B marketing.
  • Proven track record of owning complex multi-stakeholder events.
  • Experience working with senior executives (internal and external).
  • Experience coordinating with sales teams and understanding pipeline.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and basic marketing ops.
  • ABM concepts exposure is a plus.
