• Serve as trusted partner to Desk Head, guiding top initiatives across teams.
• Apply structured problem-solving to evaluate opportunities and risks.
• Lead high-priority projects like product expansions and planning.
• Own goal tracking and milestones with clear communication.
• Build knowledge of market structure, dynamics, and regulatory developments.
• Own the desk operating rhythm: meetings, items, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Represent desk leadership through high-quality internal and external communication.
• Oversee onboarding for new hires and transfers.
• Monitor culture and dynamics; advise desk leadership on organizational needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and recruiting to improve pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in roles with stakeholder management and cross-functional execution.
• Corporate strategy or COO experience at financial services or tech firm.
• Exceptionally high emotional intelligence; adaptable and trustworthy.
• Ability to own outcomes in unstructured, ambiguous environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; tailor messaging to audiences.
• Strong STEM background (Physics, Math, Econometrics, or equivalent).
• Equities or broader financial markets experience is a plus.
