• Lead HEOR evidence development and economic models for US payer engagement.
• Partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial to shape evidence.
• Develop AMCP Dossiers and Budget Impact Models to support commercialization.
• Drive real-world evidence strategy and study design for payer decisions.
• Collaborate with KOLs and Centers of Excellence to drive publications.
• Conduct HEOR advisory boards and market research to identify gaps.
• Coordinate ICER assessments with HEOR and Market Access teams.
• Field-based roles in Central and East; travel 20-30%.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in health economics, health services research, or public health.
• 8+ years in pharma/medical device or managed care; 6+ years HEOR.
• Strong understanding of the US healthcare landscape and payer policy.
• Demonstrated ability to lead without authority and influence across teams.
• Executive presence; translate HEOR into clear payer value narratives.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 20-30%.
