🎯 Requirements
- BS in CS or CE or related field/experience.
- 5+ years software engineering experience; 2+ years in mgmt/tech lead.
- Full-stack dev: frontend (React) and backend (Go/Node.js).
- Experience leading small, agile teams in fast-paced environments.
- Experience interfacing with customers; translate tech to non-engineers.
- Strong written and verbal communication across distributed teams and execs.
- Proficiency with AI/LLM tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot).
- US citizenship; may require security clearance; reside in United States.
- Eligible for EAR/ITAR export-control information access.
- Travel 1-2 weeks per quarter.
