🎯 Requirements

6+ years in private credit, direct lending, leveraged finance, or investment banking
Experience leading transaction execution across capital structures
Strong understanding of credit documentation, structuring, and downside protection
Prior exposure to sponsor-backed transactions preferred
Strong technical skills in financial modeling, accounting, and credit analysis
Clear, concise communicator with senior stakeholders
