- Perform due diligence on prospective ABF investments, including meetings with mgmt and modeling
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and sensitivity analyses across the capital structure
- Analyze industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions
- Conduct interviews with industry experts and management teams to validate assumptions
- Draft investment memoranda for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with legal, tax, and other advisors on transaction execution
🎯 Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking or investing
- Experience in financial services and/or specialty finance-specific experience
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis
- Strong quantitative/analytical skills with clear written and oral communication
- Collaborative thinker who can work independently, multitask, and prioritize deadlines
- Requires a BA or BSc degree
