๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Analyze quality audits, borrower feedback, and sentiment data to identify key issues.
  • Identify systemic gaps and opportunities to improve compliance, risk, and operations.
  • Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to improve borrower experience.
  • Deliver concise reporting to Servicing leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Lead initiatives to improve resolution processes, servicing workflows, and agent effectiveness.
  • Define and track success metrics for process, policy, and experience improvements.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4+ years in process or product improvement, QA, or related.
  • Knowledge of FCRA, TILA, FDCPA, ECOA, UDAAP, EFTA, BSA/AML, OFAC, GLBA.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Forms, Sheets, Docs (Google Workspace).
  • Fast learner with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ownership and ability to drive results.
