🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in process or product improvement, QA, or related.
- Knowledge of FCRA, TILA, FDCPA, ECOA, UDAAP, EFTA, BSA/AML, OFAC, GLBA.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Forms, Sheets, Docs (Google Workspace).
- Fast learner with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ownership and ability to drive results.
