🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years in consumer lending, fintech, regulatory compliance, risk, or financial services
- Expert knowledge of federal and state consumer lending laws and regs (TILA, ECOA, FCRA, FDCPA, EFTA, UDAAP, SCRA, Reg Z, Reg X, TCPA, NACHA)
- Proven experience advising on tech-enabled lending or fintech products
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions
- Experience designing compliance controls for digital product flows, automated decisioning, and novel risk models
