🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in social, brand, or content leadership; 5+ yrs managing teams.
  • Proven track record scaling a social function: strategy to measurement.
  • Demonstrated success using social content to drive brand outcomes.
  • Experience building business cases, budgets, forecasting, KPIs.
  • Hands-on with Sprout, Sprinklr, Brandwatch; Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Fintech or regulated industry experience preferred.
  • Comfortable in early-stage environments; strategist and executor.
