📋 Description

• Partner with leaders and SMEs to assess learning needs.
• Facilitate audience-tailored sessions and team training.
• Manage Servicing Enablement requests across functions for timely solutions.
• Create learning materials like guides, one-pagers, and FAQs.
• Mentor junior teammates in learning design and change readiness.
• Document and maintain team knowledge in Jira and Confluence.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Learning & Development or related enablement role.
• 2+ years in Servicing Operations at a financial institution or fintech.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships across all levels.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence; strong documentation.
• Understanding of adult learning principles.
