- 3+ years in higher education, preferably with career services
- 2+ years sales experience
- BA/BS degree required
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Hunter sales mentality with strong prospecting skills
- Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline and work well in a team
