Provide administrative and analytical support to Underwriters.
Track the status of applications and policies for timely processing.
Liaise between agents, clients, policy servicing, and underwriters; provide updates.
Address sales queries within the agreed SLA.
Generate, analyze, and distribute MIS reports to management for performance tracking.
Assist with reinstatement requests; gather docs and coordinate with teams.

🎯 Requirements

1-2 years in Life Insurance Ops (Underwriting Support or policy servicing).
Graduate in any stream; LOMA/III certifications are an advantage.
Proficiency in Insurance Core Systems (PAS).
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and MIS dashboards.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in high-pressure, high-volume environments.
