🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years underwriting experience (conventional, portfolio, programs).
- Expertise in Self-Employed, Trusts, LLCs, POA, and DSCR.
- Familiarity with DU/LP and Google Workspace/MS Office.
- Knowledge of CFPB, FHA, VA regulations.
- Analyze financial data and make independent underwriting decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance preferred.
