📋 Description

• Own collections end-to-end: identify at-risk accounts, outreach, and recovery.
• Refine collections ops: update playbooks, criteria, and tooling.
• Own policy docs for the bank charter: collections standards and procedures.
• Partner with Legal/Compliance to ensure compliant, well-documented practices.
• Define and monitor collections metrics: delinquency, recovery, efficiency.
• Lead underwriting and portfolio ops: IO product workflows and throughput.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in credit ops, underwriting, portfolio mgmt, or collections.
• Regulated financial services experience; bank charter exposure a plus.
• Organize, instrument, and scale credit operations with metrics.
• Strong judgment in ambiguity; know when to escalate or hold line.
• Proven ability to coach early-career teammates.
• Comfort collaborating across Engineering, Data Science, Legal/Compliance.
