- Analyze and underwrite credit risk for PLG deals at multiple levels.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and bankers to finalize bridge loans.
- Complete due diligence materials and respond to inquiries.
- Perform site inspections to assess collateral and income.
- Prepare underwriting narratives and cash flow estimates for large deals.
- Present recommendations to Senior Underwriters and approval committees.
- Maintain communication with Senior Directors and mortgage network.
- Coordinate with loan officers, closers, and counsel to close loans.
- Demonstrate CRE underwriting knowledge, including cash flow forecasting.
