📋 Description

• Use Gravie’s underwriting engine to assess group risk and pricing proposals.
• Independently underwrite new business and renewals within authority limits.
• Recommend pricing strategies aligned with customer needs and market conditions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Product to refine plan designs.
• Help modernize underwriting in a tech-forward, collaborative environment.
• Manage a caseload with focus on turnaround time, accuracy, and profitability.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years underwriting experience, with 1–2 years in stop loss/level-funded plans.
• Independently underwrite standard and moderately complex cases.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Insurance.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
