📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty.
• Maintain clear logs at front desk for people, property, and packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors.
• Monitor cameras and patrol to prevent theft and ensure safety.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; record incident data.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Rotating schedule up to 40 hrs/week
• High School diploma or GED
• Able to pass drug screen and background check
• Able to read, write, speak English
• Active Wisconsin Private Security License preferred
