Lead end-to-end execution of Gold Card and Provider Incentive programs, incl. provider criteria and audits.
Own the Prior Authorization list and govern updates across systems and docs.
Ensure UM programs meet mandates; be the point of contact for audits.
Develop and maintain SOPs for new initiatives and repeatable blueprints.
Refresh auto-approval rules to stay current with policies and guidelines.
Manage cross-functional implementations with plans, stakeholders, and on-time delivery.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of program management experience
3+ years delivering projects/programs
2+ years managing Prior Authorization list processes
Experience in payer/health insurance
