π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years equivalent experience.
- Active RN license in state of hire; ability to obtain additional licensure.
- 4+ years nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
- 2+ years in Utilization Management using Milliman Care Guidelines.
- 1+ years in production/operations including case prioritization/triage.
- 2+ years leading a clinical team in managed care or virtual environment.
