  • Lead policy creation to meet regulatory, accreditation, and org requirements.
  • Oversee daily ops to meet turnaround times per dept policies.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years equivalent experience.
  • Active RN license in state of hire; ability to obtain additional licensure.
  • 4+ years nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
  • 2+ years in Utilization Management using Milliman Care Guidelines.
  • 1+ years in production/operations including case prioritization/triage.
  • 2+ years leading a clinical team in managed care or virtual environment.
