Ultra Precision Machining Specialist (Machining) - Level 4/5

📋 Description

• Scope, develop, execute and automate precision machining with 3/4/5 axis mills and pallet systems.
• Design tooling, CAM programming, and work with machinists to bring up new product lines on tight timelines.
• Identify and address potential development/production blockers.
• Define and communicate manufacturing processes to production and engineering.
• Maintain and troubleshoot defined processes in production.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 5+ years independently developing machining processes (planning, programming, machining)
• 5+ years CNC mills and lathes
• 3+ years automating machining processes (pallet pools, robot loaders)
• Basic understanding of GD&T and interpreting CMM results
• Bachelor’s degree; 15+ years on 5-axis mills and multi-task turning centers
