We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Install Coordinator to help support our HVAC & Plumbing installation process from start to finish. If you excel at organization, communication, and keeping projects moving smoothly — we’d love to hear from you.
⭐ What You’ll Do-
Organize and maintain install schedules to ensure smooth daily workflow

Prepare installer job packets with the information needed for success

Assist in ordering equipment and processing warranty registrations

Support installers and managers with briefings, logistics, and paperwork

Learn and use company tools and software for scheduling and documentation
-
Help schedule final inspections and maintain compliance requirements

Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and office staff
-
Contribute to creating a positive, supportive workplace environment
We welcome candidates with a variety of backgrounds and experiences. You may be a great fit if you have:

1–3 years of experience in coordination, scheduling, administrative support, or related roles

Strong communication and organizational skills

A willingness to learn HVAC and plumbing terminology (prior knowledge is helpful, not required)

Comfort working with software systems or an eagerness to learn

Ability to multitask and collaborate across teams

Customer service experience is appreciated but not mandatory
