Work with UK Branch Management and senior leaders to embed compliance in operations
Design and implement UK-specific policies, processes, and procedures
Maintain and evolve Lemonade's UK Risk Management and Internal Control Framework
Monitor, assess, and report on compliance and risk to support the function
Manage UK regulatory expectations, reporting obligations, and change tracking
Advise Acquisition, Actuarial, Underwriting, Pricing, and Insurance teams on UK regulations

🎯 Requirements

Degree in UK or European law, or related field
7+ years in risk, compliance, governance, or UK regulation
Hands-on Solvency II-regulated entity experience (insurance a plus)
Familiar with PRA/FCA rules: GIPP, consumer rights, PROD4, AI, privacy
Confident working with senior management and boards
Strong regulatory reporting and exec-level analysis
