πŸ“‹ Description

  • Align with global stakeholders on UK/IE retailer pipeline across channels.
  • Proactively conduct retailer outreach, proposals, negotiations, onboarding plan.
  • Partner with Legal & cross-functional teams to execute contracts and policies.
  • Manage & optimise retailer relationships; host quarterly reviews with retailers.
  • Own commercial strategy, retailer level assortment, forecasts, inventory, and POS with Marketing, Apparel & Accessories, Finance, and Operations.
  • Align to quarterly sales targets; report on progress, risks & opportunities.
  • Coordinate strategy with brand managers and trade marketing to grow WHOOP membership.
  • Own internal communications on pipeline, retailer launch status, and bottlenecks.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales & market expansion in dynamic startup environments.
  • Fluent in English; exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Industry experience in consumer electronics or sports technology.
  • Sales professional with cross-functional experience across ops, compliance, and marketing.
  • Data-driven, with operational and commercial mindset.
  • Excellent business acumen, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Curious, collaborative, and adaptable.
  • Self-starter; able to contribute Day 1.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced env.
  • Passion for fitness, health and technology.
  • Willingness to travel to retailers, trade shows, and WHOOP HQ (up to 50%).
